1.What age group is Wise Junior designed for?
We welcome children from ages 4 months to 15, divided into age-appropriate groups.
2. Are educational programs available online?
Yes, some of our programs are offered online. You can find more details on the Academy page.
3. How can I register my child for the programs?
You can register directly through our website on the Programs page or contact us via WhatsApp.
4. If my child doesn’t engage in the program, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available, as seats are limited and reserved upon registration. There is no exchange, refund, or suspension of the subscription.
5. Can I postpone the payment after registering?
Postponement is only allowed in exceptional cases approved by the management (e.g., death of a first-degree relative or illness), and official documentation is required.
6. Are the programs educational or recreational?
All our programs are primarily educational, with recreational activities integrated into a well-rounded experience.
7. Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, we offer special discounts when registering multiple children from the same family.
8. Are meals provided for children?
Yes, we provide light and healthy snacks depending on the specific program your child is enrolled in.
